Count of IPv4 over IPv6 mechanisms (conservative): 9
Number of ways to provision IPv4 addresses and other configuration information: ~6
(Number of ways to carry DHCPv4 packets over softwires: 3)

This is a call for action to get to 14!
Reaching that the IESG has promised (yeah, right) to charter a new working group
to develop the one true universal standard.
