I have posted a new document for the working group that describes the mechanism using which an entity can receive real-time binding updates from DHCP server.

We have UDP and Bulk Leasequery feature available for DHCPv6. But using these, a requester can only receive binding updates until the time of the request. So to keep it's binding information up-to-date, requestor needs to send the request again and again.

This document also extends to RFC 5460 by providing new options query-start-time and query-end-time. Using these option, requestor can make query for selective binding updates instead of getting all the binding data from DHCP server.
