Reviewer: Jim Reid Review result: Ready with Nits The I-D is nearly ready and most of my earlier review comments have been satisfactorily addressed by the authors. One problem remains IMO. Section 6 still mentions ownership of an IP address. This is wrong. It's also inappropriate language for an IETF standards document. IP addresses are not property and therefore they cannot be owned. I suggest changing "This prevents a host from registering an address owned by another host." to "This prevents a host from registering an address already used by (or assigned to) another host."
