Folks,

chairs had a short exchange of thought and concluded that we do not need to
meet in IETF97. Instead we try to progress everything on the mailing list
and offline.

The growing pile of action point chairs have on their table are:
* draft-ietf-dime-agent-overload-06 -> proto write-up
* 3GPP LS -> finalize and send
* draft-ietf-dime-doic-rate-control-03 -> new quick WGLC#2
* draft-ietf-dime-load-02 -> new revision (Steve) and then WGLC#2
