The Gen-ART review ( 
http://www.ietf.org/mail-archive/web/ietf/current/msg75004.html ) 
mentioned that "every use of UTF8String in this draft needs to be 
checked, and most of them are likely to need some attention".  In 
case it is useful to anyone "UTF8String" is mentioned in 
draft-ietf-dime-rfc3588bis-33.
