Dear all,
 
here are comments to clause 4.4:
 
1. Clause 4.4 is not needed when my previous comments to 4.1 and 4.3 are accepted.

2. The overflow issue is solved when my previous comments to 4.1 and 4.3 are accepted.

3. There is also an issue with the wording "monotonically increasing" which will disappear when this clause is deleted.
