Hi, Nathan -

Typically the way we work is through presentation and
discussion. IRTF research groups do not typically have
the sorts of deliverables associated with work in the
IETF, and if the RG does decide that a draft should be
adopted for publication as a research group deliverable
it's after quite extensive discussion on the mailing
list. So, if you're interested in seeing this
published through the IRTF at some point in the future,
you'll need to start with discussion and with incorporating
feedback from other RG participants.

We should note that we're waiting to hear on whether or not
we're approved as a full research group.

Many thanks!

Melinda
