I've read it and, IMHO, the small changes between -06 and -07
integrates nicely the remarks (mostly by Martin Dürst) about Unicode
terminology, which is now more standard.

[For the record, I still disagree with the so-called "possible
ambiguity" in section 6.2 but it seems I'm the only one.]
