It is a subset of a bigger problem. But I'm not aiming that high. I think a
MIME type for WebSub that covers this case would do it:

For WebSub, the economics are clear. Save crawler resources, get faster
updates. Everyone wins. But, here, the URLs are not supposed to be public.
So, you need one that discloses the "general" URL, but not the complete one.
