Hi Giuseppe,

Sorry that I wasn't clear.

Your request has been recorded and could be put in our agenda. We would need to have an overall evaluation when we have got all the requests. But you have got a higher priority.

We plan to ask people to start sending their requests in the next week. So the final agenda won't be ready by then.

Best regards,
Shuping

Thank you Shuping for the quick reply and for all the pointers.

We can definitely get prepared in terms of presentation, but at the same
time I must say I'm not familiar with the process and the dates in [1]:
for this presentation, do I understand it correctly that we could have a
slot in the agenda that is going to be finalized next week?

Thanks again and best regards,
Giuseppe
