Hi Alex,

Discussion of app-area drafts that don’t fit elsewhere probably belongs on the art@ietf.org list at least initially. Dispatch is mostly relevant for discussing the “where should this work be done” question.

On that latter point, this isn’t DMARC but the reporting mechanism is related to some aspects of DMARC, so it would be good to announce the existence of the draft (and where discussion will be held) there.
