Yesterday at 19:56 UTC, Timothy Mcsweeney sent a message to the dispatch list that I and several others considered inappropriate. The message was immediately referred to the ombudsteam. In addition, since a BCP 83 posting rights action has been approved by the IESG [1], I have suspended Timothy Mcsweeney’s posting rights to the dispatch mailing list in accordance with Section 2 of BCP 83.
