Dear DISPATCHers,

I'm requesting dispatch for two drafts (WG or emerging WG, or ISE --
don't see AD-sponsored as a possibility).

#1: Set reconciliation. Imagine Alice and Bob have large sets, but with
small differences. The protocol allows us to reconcile the differences
with complexity linear to the size of the set difference. Our
application is distribution of key revocation messages, other
applications may exist. Current draft at https://lsd.gnunet.org/lsd0003/

#2: An open (no PKI) randomized distributed hash table (DHT). Multiple
implementations exist. Current draft at https://lsd.gnunet.org/lsd0004/

I'm also of course also happy to talk with interested parties in person
at IETF 116.

Thanks for your attention!

Christian
