Dispatchers,

Thank you for your time and contributions in the meeting this morning, and
thanks again to our presenters for sharing their work with the IETF
community!

A summary of the dispatch outcomes follows:

   - *Multiformats dispatch outcome:* Dispatch outcome depends on the scope
and purpose of the work (to be decided by authors). There are two options
depending on this decision; Option 1: ISE as an informational draft with
IANA registrations; Option 2: a small, no-BoF-required, WG spun up to
   address this problem specifically.
   - *dcCBOR & Envelopes dispatch outcome:* Dispatch dcCBOR parts of this
work to CBOR WG and refine the envelopes part (create a
requirements-and-use-cases draft, and potentially bring back for a BoF).
   - *Low-latency media transmission system dispatch outcome:* No dispatch
action at this time, the draft needs refining, so that the community can
understand scope and interaction across many protocols.
   - *Opus codec dispatch outcome:* Create a new WG, charter to be worked
out with ADs and shared on list.
   - *e911 dispatch outcome:* Clarify which parts are for standardisation,
and take some parts to ECRIT for their input and view.

Additionally, the first capture of the minutes has been published:
https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/minutes-116-dispatch-202303270030/
I know many of us in the room were experiencing WiFi issues, so could not
collaborate live, so please do edit and review the minutes here:
https://notes.ietf.org/notes-ietf-116-dispatch?edit
Shuping and I will validate a more final version against the recording,
once that recording is released.

We wish you a great rest of the week at IETF!

Shuping & Kirsty
