Probably at some point it would have to go over to the uri-review list based on the request for  permanent uri registration in the IANA section of your draft.  Whether or not the draft gets worked on elsewhere first I wouldn't know.

And not to seem rude but I just have to know, is this Author's name on this draft a pseudonym?  I ask because of what it says on your home page autistic.space [1].  I wasn't sure if that meant multiple physical people or multiple people in one body.  Thanks.
