Hi, all,

The following draft has been posted. Previous discussion occurred on the art@ietf.org <mailto:art@ietf.org> mailing list. I have cross-posted there already to request further discussion happen here.

I would like to ask here about whether:

	a) the document is considered developed enough to consider possible ways forward 
	b) what those ways forward would be (within an ART WG, a new WG, etc.)

I hope discussion and ways forward focus on-list (here), due to travel conflicts with upcoming IETFs.
