Very interested in these use cases, I've been lurking regarding SAT and
ODAP.

I agree that Bills of Lading have some of the best properties for exploring
digital ledger integrated credentials.

There are also cases where we might wish to know the software supply chain
associated with a gateway in operation, or a smart contract deployment.

Being able to associate ledger transactions with private data that might be
related to software supply chain / security reviews / or previous
transaction history seems like a great use for Verifiable Credentials.

You can also check to see if the credential is signed by a party that has
also used those keys elsewhere on a ledger, there are pro's and con's to
doing this, but it is an observable property of public ledgers.

As I understand it, SAT and ODAP are primarily an inter-ledger standards
initiative right?

Are there any drafts you can share here?
