Requiring "trick" authoritative name servers at the realm level is a/the
solution?!? If so, let's just drop all this I-D noise and get it all done.
That would also solve .bank's problem because they would not have to
"publish" any records contravening ICANN's requirements. They would only
have to "serve" them as responses.
