Jothan,

Thanks for adding comments so quickly after the draft was released.

As the draft notes, it attempts to cover PSL use cases but needs far 
more experienced eyes and minds to find where the PSL emulation needs 
more work.

To that end, anything that documents the dependencies you cite is sure 
to help.
