I didn't try Ale's OR- thing but I did add an https URL to my rua= tag and set up
a web server to catch any POST or PUT traffic.

Other than a few Russian probes shortly after I published it, it's
gotten no traffic at all.

I suppose the good news is that nobody implemented the underspecifed
report URL in one of the earlier DMARC drafts.
