Works for me.  I doubt I was the only person wondering why it needed all 
that mechanism when whitelisting mailing lists got you most of the way 
there, particularly since you need that whitelist anyway to know when to 
start ARC analysis.

Well, OK.  Please feel free to provide footnoted documentation of what 
the actual motivation for ARC was if you believe it was something else.
