Hi Andrew, sorry to be late to the discussion. Mark and I came up with the list of names in the draft based on the SSAC advisories (SAC 045 and SAC 062) and Interisle's name collision occurrence study. I think it would be unwise (to say the least) to recognize any advice from ICANN about which names should or should not be on that list, given their responsibility for the new gTLD program.

Mark is cleaning up the references, but except for that, the attached v8 is ready to go to dnsop -
