Hi All, 

This latest version addresses one single comment that was raised in the IESG review but that was not addressed in the -11 version, which is the acronym used for the privacy statement. 

For some time now 'DROP statement' has been used (DNS Recursive Operator Privacy statement) - after discussion the authors would now like to propose the small change to use ‘RPS' (Recursive operator Privacy Statement) instead.
