Dear DPRIVE WG,

Tim and I discussed the WGLC earlier today and  believe that there is
sufficient support to progress the document.

Authors - please work to address the comments received (they are not
major) and let us know once you think they are acceptable.

Thanks again to everyone who commented, and special thanks to the
authors for all of the work and revisions.
