draft-ietf-dnsext-delegation-signer-05.txt passed wg last call with some
nits.  i suggest the editors clean up the nits and olafur and i then pass
it to erik for ad and then iesg review.

in the next hours, olafur will be issuing wg last call on some drafts so
we can get them moving as well.
