have you both agreed what "nobody" means?

does it mean zero validation, not even by superman in his fortress of 
solitude, somewhere in the antarctic, or does it mean that no 
competition authority is likely to consider a claim based upon current 
market share data?

yogi bera used to say things like "nobody goes there". to interpret 
that as having no human visitiation, like mars, would be ... creative.
