The -01 version of the algo-signal draft was just submitted and will be posted soon.  This was first to prevent it expiring and to address comments from the -00 draft.  Including, but not limited to:

- The option is no DAU (DNSSEC Algorithm Understood)
- updates to how validating recursive resolvers should interpret the DAU option
- spelling/grammer corrections

Comments and corrections welcome.  We realize this probably isn't complete as it is now.
