the fact is that, whether we like it or nor, zone file format is a formal
ietf standard.  the question is whether would-be historical revisionism
should be a high priority item for this wg.  imiho, it isn't.

  o we have open questions from the dnssec document team
  o we should close on restrict-key
  o we may have cooled off enough to discuss opt-in
  o the usual collection of 42 ids to discuss
  o ...
