Is this substantially different from draft-vandergast-client-ip-01 which
had 239 messages on it? Hardly no discussion. I suspect the reason why
there has been no discussion of draft-vandergast-client-subnet-00 is
because it hasn't (at least according to my archive) ever been announced
on dnsext.
