The problem is that we provide a technical solution for users of ASCII domain names purchase millions of equivalent domain names: YYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY.com . . . yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy.com at a price of a single ASCII domain name. Then, how can you say that users can't enjoy the same thing with a domain name containing 'y' with diaeresis, upper case of which is 'Y' *without* diaeresis, or Greek characters? The simplest and, perhaps, the fairest solution is to stick to pure ASCII. Masataka Ohta
