If there is a serious proposal of some merit for the wider community based on the RIR hosting boxen and doing things with them, I am keen to narrow down the spec, and get it proposed. There are opportunities for coordination face to face in August (IETF) and before then on email. Secondly, if there is some refinement of procedure for glue requirements which can be defined and then equalized across the RIR and if appropriate NIR/LIR, lets get that done too.
