Having read both drafts, and from the perspective of "Names resolved *
with an agreed non-DNS protocol", I agree with Avri that they can be
complementary, and find draft-tldr-sutld-ps-04 to "need less work".

This despite my other message which situates the problem space out of
these two drafts.
