I'm sure I'm not the only person planning to fly out from Bangkok on
Friday morning, given that there are no working group meetings
scheduled on that day.

Might it be possible to find a slot earlier in the week instead of or
as well as your Friday meeting?

Good idea to host a session though, I am fully supportive :-)
