Greetings again. Stéphane and I have greatly reorganized the document because the 7816 organization emphasized the experimental nature, and now we are aiming for standards track. In that light, we also say that the primary method defined is RECOMMENDED. 

We'd love more review of the document. Is the main method clear? Are the alternate methods near the end clear? What else do people want in the draft?
