You don't need to get funny with nameserver addresses. If you are using a
subdomain of your public domain you can just not serve the zone to the
public Internet (which is what we do for private.cam.ac.uk). If you are
using a second domain name, you can just host an empty zone somewhere
public, separate from the real internal zone.
