Ohta-san is using the term MiTM in an unusual way. Normally we mean an
on-path attack. Ohta-san is talking about attacks on root and intermediate
zone keys using the term "man-in-the-middle," that's all. It's true as far
as it goes, but doesn't support the conclusion he's reaching.
