I didn't make a "claim" - I made a third party disclosure on the belief
and understanding that implementations of this draft *might* be affected
by this patent application should it be granted.

Whilst I am one of the two authors of the patent application in
question, I am not the assignee and therefore cannot make any binding
statements (nor claims) about them.

I did notify Nominet's legal counsel of the IPR declaration but heard
nothing from them.
