As far as I know it isn't even possible :-)

(Some time ago I investigated support for link-local addresses in stub
resolvers, and I found that it was usually broken or nonexistent. A common
bug is to squash the recursive server into a 128 bit v6 address and 16 bit
port, omitting any interface ID.)
