On a more serious note, I do kind of agree with PaulH, and we have
already in the past tried to clear out this backlog, and we have
truly failed. While stopping or slowing new work is not ideal, it
might be a reasonable motivator for us all the push through some
of the work.

ps. draft-ietf-dnsop-delegation-only is a pretty easy one to complete O:)
