jim, i've been guiltier of snark than anybody else in this industry, but 
that was before i went on the beta blockers. today i'm extremely 
sensitive to it, both in myself -- and in others.

please don't answer at all, or don't cc the list, if you're going to 
snark. set the example you'd like me, and others, to follow.
