it really is amusing to find this form of cite in a specifications 
discussion.

in the off chance that anyone actually is curious, and has no real 
knowledge of arabic, and would like an intro to clue, i recommend 
spending a pleasant 27 minutes watching thomas milo discuss arabic 
typography.
