Why not in the Wednesday timeslot that was specifically set aside for side meetings? Also, I'm wondering whether a 40-people room is enough (may be, may be not).

Moreover, centralization is not the only Do*-related problem category that has been raised (my draft alone lists eight others). So the focus of the meeting should be on whether, where and how to deal with all of them, though some of them may later be deemed off mission for the IETF. But first of all we need to agree on a venue and process.
