Greetings DNSOP,I've attached a new draft, essentially breaking our BULK-RR's NPN into its own draft (with an updated BULK-RR on its way).Unfortunately, the document system is closed in preparation for IETF105 but I will submit it once the system is again open and hope to discuss details further on the list and in person.As always, we are open to feedback.Thanks,John
