I clearly disagree. If the case of my home network (mine, my rules) is
clear, the case of a corporate network is less clear (an employee is
not a slave, and he/she has rights) and the case of a commercial
Internet access provider is clear in the other direction: a client is
not an employee, and is entitled to a free, open and neutral Internet
access.
