I completely agree.

My only point is that I urge IETF to write text som that any(!) reader can understand there will always be cases where "errors" for various reasons are reasonable or even ok.

Any tests will bring down errors a lot.

But last 10-15% is hard.

So let's bring down errors "some" and declare success.
