I've addressed the second.   I don't think the first needs to be 
explicitly addressed (see my explanation to the list from this morning) 
unless someone can suggest sensible text before tonight's cutoff.

Also noting that it's perfectly reasonable to cache unsolicited RRs if 
they're validly DNSSEC signed.
