Thanks for the draft update, Ray!

I've read the diff and overall it looks good. One bit that wasn't clear to
me was the server's MQTYPE-Response: what does the server put in its QTx
fields? I would assume that the server would echo the
client's MQTYPE-Query QTx, minus the ones that it chose to skip - but it
might be worth adding some normative text about.
