[dnssd] draft-ietf-dnssd-mdns-dns-interop-03 - about to ship to IESG

First, many thanks to Andrew for submitting this update in advance of Friday’s cut-off.

Ralph and I plan to submit this revised draft to the IESG this week. If there are any further comments, these would be welcomed.
