Thanks for everyone who participated in this WGLC #2, and thanks to the
authors for engaging and making good changes in response to input from the
working group.

The last call is now closed.  In the opinion of the chairs, the group has
reached technical consensus, and invested considerable effort in the
clarity and precision of the text.  The chairs ask the authors to
incorporate any outstanding input on the latest draft as they are able, and
publish a new draft, which we will pass to our Area Director and the IESG.

Thanks again to everyone who has helped throughout the process to make this
an excellent draft.
