IMO, that’s good, but it’s only clear to people who view this through the
datatracker - I still think it would be good to also put in. A (short)
tombstone saying what happened, and why.

the first place.
This is like putting rabid weasels in your pants, and later expressing
regret at having chosen those particular rabid weasels and that pair of
pants.
